Search visibility

Search optimisation

Help people find your business when they are looking for what you offer. We review your website's content, structure and technical condition, then prioritise improvements around relevant customer searches.

Work we can include

  • Technical website review

Check crawling, indexing, page performance and technical issues that may make the website harder to use or discover.

  • Page content and structure

Improve page titles, headings, service information and internal links around the questions customers ask.

  • Local search and business profiles

Review your Google Business Profile and the consistency of your location, service and contact information.

  • International search

Plan regional content and language versions around the markets you actually serve.

  • Online-store search

Improve product and category information, navigation and relevant product feeds.

Content and publishing

Social media and community

Keep your business current and recognisable without leaving every post until the last minute. We plan content around your services, offers and customer interests, prepare it for approval and manage the agreed publishing and community activity.

Website and campaign reporting

Measurement and improvement

Understand what people do after they reach your website or respond to a campaign. We establish useful tracking, examine the steps towards an enquiry or purchase and identify changes worth making.

Work we can include

  • Analytics and event setup

Configure the agreed measurement for visits, contact actions, form submissions and purchases where the website supports them.

  • Enquiry and purchase journeys

Review important pages, forms and checkout steps to identify friction and points that need investigation.

  • Page and message improvements

Refine content, layout and calls to action around the problems found during review.

  • Testing and comparison

Compare changes using a suitable method and enough information to make the findings useful.

  • Reporting and next priorities

Explain the work, available results and limitations, then recommend where to focus next.

We distinguish a button click from a submitted enquiry, and an enquiry from a confirmed customer. Reports say what is measured rather than treating every interaction as a sale.

HOW THE WORK RUNS

Know what is happening and what comes next.

We agree the priorities before production begins, then organise the work around a clear schedule and review process. You provide the business knowledge and approvals; we handle the agreed delivery.

  1. 01

    Understand the starting point

Review your offer, audience, existing channels and available results. Identify what needs attention first.

  2. 02

    Agree the work

Confirm the deliverables, channels, budget, responsibilities and reporting schedule before work begins.

  3. 03

    Prepare and publish

Write, design, configure or update the agreed material, with the required reviews before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Review and improve

Explain what was delivered, how people responded and what should change in the next cycle.

Reporting that helps you decide

Your report sets out the work completed, the customer activity captured by the available tracking, and the next recommendations. For advertising, it also covers spending and the response recorded by the campaign and website tools.

The reporting schedule is agreed with the work. Where tracking is incomplete or the evidence is limited, we say so rather than turning an uncertain result into a confident claim.

TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH SANT

A specific marketing need or your whole online presence?

Choose the service that fits the job. A standalone campaign and a managed website-and-marketing plan are different offers.

01

A tailored marketing project or programme

For a search review, advertising campaign, content project, social media programme or measurement work with its own requirements. We agree the deliverables, schedule and price around that scope.

Advertising management and advertising spend are agreed separately. You do not need to buy Sant Growth to work with us on a particular marketing need.

02

Sant Growth

A new website or redesign, hosting and ongoing care, content, social media, search visibility, reviews and monthly reporting through one plan. For businesses that want their website and regular online marketing managed together.

Website and hosting included. No separate website build fee. Paid advertising is separate.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we start

Can you help with just one part of our marketing?

Yes. The work can focus on a specific need, such as search improvements, campaign setup, content or measurement. We explain what is included and any dependencies before you commit.

Do we need a new website first?

Not necessarily. We review whether the current website supports the work. Sometimes a page or enquiry route needs attention; a complete rebuild is not the automatic starting point.

How much does it cost?

Individual projects and programmes are priced around the agreed work. Advertising spend is separate from management. Sant Growth has its own package and price, explained on the plan page.

What do you need from us?

Accurate business information, current offers, relevant account access and someone who can approve the work. We agree the content and source material needed before production starts.

Do you guarantee rankings, enquiries or sales?

No. We commit to the agreed work, explain the results we can measure and use the findings to guide improvements. We do not promise a ranking, a mention in an artificial-intelligence answer or a particular number of customers.

What would you like your marketing to do better?

Tell us what you offer, what you are doing now and where you need help. We will review the starting point and explain a practical scope for the work.
