Designed for applications built on distributed cloud infrastructure. Vercel, Supabase, Planetscale, and similar platforms. Where no single server exists and operational coordination spans multiple vendors.

Includes Everything in Kea Care, Plus:

  • Multi-Vendor Monitoring: Vercel, Supabase, DNS, third-party APIs tracked from one place.
  • Usage & Cost Alerts: Proactive warnings before overages hit across pay-as-you-go platforms.
  • Vendor Update Management: Coordinating platform changes so they do not break each other.
  • Distributed Incident Triage: Identifying which vendor or integration is responsible when issues arise.
  • Environment & Secret Management: API keys, tokens, and environment variables across platforms kept current and secure.

The Boundary: Tui Care covers operational coordination and monitoring only. Platform fees (Vercel, Supabase, Planetscale, etc.) are billed directly to you by each vendor. New feature development, architecture redesign, and vendor migration are scoped separately.
